Do the people watching me need to pay?
No. Being seen is always free, so anyone can see your light no matter how many people that is. The 5-person limit is only on how many people you can see.
What happens if I cancel Plus?
You keep Plus until the end of the period you’ve paid for. After that you’re back on Free: the first 5 people you added stay live, anyone beyond that shows as locked until you upgrade again. Nobody is deleted.
I already see more than 5 people. Will I lose them?
No. If you were already watching more than 5 people before Plus launched, you keep all of them for free. You just can’t add new people beyond that without Plus.
What does Lifetime actually include?
Everything in Plus, now and in the future, for a one-off $49. It’s a launch offer for the first 200 people or until 31 January 2027, whichever comes first. If you’re already on Plus, buying Lifetime cancels your subscription automatically.
How do I cancel or change plans?
Open My Status, go to Settings, then “Manage subscription”. You can switch between monthly and yearly, update your card, download invoices or cancel, all in a couple of clicks.
Is my payment secure?
Payments are handled by Stripe, which processes billions of dollars a year for businesses worldwide. My Status never sees or stores your card details.
